What is the Business Manager
The Facebook Business Manager is the platform that allows us to create and manage your Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
In one place you can access all pages, Instagram profiles, advertising accounts, pixels, our E-Commerce product catalogs, our contributors, payment methods, Etcc. In short, where you always have everything under control and have access to everything.
From this platform it is possible to manage and monitor the progress of all our active campaigns and then, from day to day, go on to implement and optimize them.
The Business Manager is not only useful for managing one’s own campaigns, but is also useful when there are multiple people or accounts to manage. Or there are multiple people running the same campaigns.
How to create your first business manager
To create your first Business Manager all you need to do is go to this URL: www.business.facebook.com.
On this page we simply click on “Create Account” where Facebook invites us to use an existing Facebook profile. This is a mandatory procedure that Facebook requires to verify your identity and limit the number of accounts created with bogus emails and preserve the security of the system.
Enter all the various details of your person or company including your website.
Check the box indicating the reason for creating the account and you are done.
Create your first Ad Account
Let’s go over how to create your first Advertising Account. To do this we need to go into the Settings of the Business Manager, go to the Accounts section -> Advertising Accounts.
At this point we click on Create a new advertising account.
Facebook will ask us for a name, time zone, currency, and payment method to associate.
After specifying what type of use the advertising account will be used for, we click Create.
Facebook will create the account for us and ask if we want to assign it to some person. We select the chosen person and assign the resource.
